Safe Driving: We want everyone to get home safely. If for some reason, you feel you can’t operate your vehicle safely after the tour, we are happy to assist in getting a cab or arranging for other transportation.
Schedule and Venues: Due to individual venue scheduling, bad weather, vehicle issues, traffic delays, or any other reason, we may have to make adjustments on the fly.
Good Behavior: If the tour operators feel you are being overly disruptive or if you show up intoxicated, you will be asked to leave the tour with no refund.
Yes, we will be checking ID when you board the bus and the breweries may check again. We may make exceptions for private or group tours.
It’s OK, we don’t judge. If you choose not to sample the beers on the tour, we will offer you a ‘Superior Willpower’ discount. You will also get to wear a really cool wristband.
Because we are getting private tours, we have to maintain the schedule and we may not be able to wait for you at the start of the tour. If you are not going to make it for the departure time, we would ask that you meet us at the next stop and join the group. We will be happy to return you to your car after the tour.
The short answer is no. Our insurance prohibits drinking on the bus. For now, growlers have to stay safely stored in the coolers.
We may need to cancel a tour due to the weather or other issues. If we do, we will refund your ticket cost or give a credit to a future tour, whichever you prefer.
We would like to have at least 4 people on each tour, if there are less than 4 registered guests the day before the tour, we reserve the right to cancel it and refund your ticket price or give you a credit to a future tour. We will let you ahead of time if there are not enough people on the bus so you can make other plans or recruit some more drinking buddies.
We understand that things come up but remember that your reservation prevents someone else from taking the tour if you cancel. If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to the tour, we will offer you a gift certificate to a future tour or a refund minus any credit card or ticket fees.
If you cancel within 72 hours of the tour, we can offer you a gift certificate to a future tour.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, we cannot offer a refund or a credit

You certainly can, but it is subject to availability. We prefer that you let us know ahead of time so we can plan for drinks, snacks and make sure there are enough people signed up to run the tour.
