Breweries and Partners

logo earth eagleThe qualities Native Americans attribute to the Earth Eagle (common wild turkey) speak to our philosophy as brewers and business owners: ecological, charitable, resilient and unconventional.  "brewings" is our nod to the first brewers who made small batches for the families crcafted from local grains, herbs and yeasts.  At Earth Eagle Brewings, we embrace a Belgian-inspired, pre-Reformation spirit where hops are but one of the hundreds of ingredients to be used in the alchemy of brewing.  Cheers to you, intrepid imbibers, for sharing our adventures in beer.

Sea Hagg Distillery, North Hampton NH

The Sea Hagg Distillery is dedicated to crafting high quality spirits for the seacoast and beyond.   Sea Hagg rums are made from sugar cane molasses grown and produced in the United States.  Our rums are made in a traditional copper alambic pot still, aged in custom toasted barrels, bottled by hand and sealed in wax.  Sea Hagg also creates seasonal and unique spirits sourced from local growers.

Throwback Brewery is a small, inspired brewery in North Hampton, NH, dedicated to crafting delicious, farm-fresh beers using local ingredients. Throwback was founded by Annette Lee and Nicole Carrier as a way to combine their passion for brewing with their desire to support local agriculture. Their vision is to create beer that is sourced 100% from ingredients grown within 200 miles. As such, many of their beers have been designed to take advantage of ingredients that can be easily grown in New Hampshire – such as wheat, maple syrup, apple wood, jalapenos, etc. At Throwback Brewery, they always brew the beer they love, and they hope you love the beer that they brew!
